Our mat-based Women-Only Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to support the female body at every stage of life.
Held on Monday evenings at 7 pm (new! starting on the 13th of July), Tuesdays at 9:15 AM, and Fridays at 9:15 AM, these sessions focus on building balanced core and pelvic floor strength.
Ideal for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, these classes support posture, joint health, mobility, and strength – all essential for healthy ageing.
They're especially beneficial for women returning to exercise, managing menopausal changes, or simply looking to stay strong and active. Suitable for all fitness levels in a welcoming, inclusive space.
Class Dates For Monday (6-week term): 13, 20, 27 July. (Our studio is closed for the first two weeks of August.) August term: 17, 24 August, 1 September.
Tuesday (7 sessions) : 7, 14, 21, 28 July. August term: 18, 25 August, 2 September
For Friday: 10, 17, 24, 31 July, then 21, 28 August, 4 September
