Building strength for menopausal women isn’t optional. It’s protective. Maintaining muscle mass can help support metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity, protect bone health and maintain resilience as we age.
But training well during menopause is about much more than simply lifting weights.
During this Saturday workshop we will explore what a well-designed menopause training approach should include.
You’ll leave with clear, practical guidance on how to move and train safely during this stage of life.
