Teen Pilates x Strength Fusion
Suitable for all teenage girls over 16 - whether active in sports or simply looking to build strength, confidence and body awareness.
A supportive and engaging class designed for 16+ teenage girls to build strength, confidence and body awareness in a safe environment.
This class combines Pilates-based core work with functional strength training to support posture, coordination and overall movement quality - especially helpful alongside sports or during growth phases.
No previous experience is needed, and all exercises are carefully guided and adapted.
Ideal for teens who:
- would like to feel stronger and more confident
- may benefit from improving posture or movement
- are involved in sports and want to support their performance
- or are simply looking for a positive introduction to exercise
