Our mat-based Women-Only Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to support the female body at every stage of life.

Held on Tuesdays at 9:15 AM, and Fridays at 9:15 AM, these sessions focus on building balanced core and pelvic floor strength.

Ideal for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, these classes support posture, joint health, mobility, and strength – all essential for healthy ageing.

They're especially beneficial for women returning to exercise, managing menopausal changes, or simply looking to stay strong and active. Suitable for all fitness levels in a welcoming, inclusive space.

Class dates for Tuesday: 24 February, 3, 10, 16 (Please note that the Tuesday 17 March class will be rescheduled to Monday due to the Bank Holiday) 24, 31 April 2026
