Our mat-based Women-Only Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to support the female body at every stage of life.
Held on Tuesdays at 9:15 AM, and Fridays at 9:15 AM, these sessions focus on building balanced core and pelvic floor strength.
Ideal for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, these classes support posture, joint health, mobility, and strength – all essential for healthy ageing.
They're especially beneficial for women returning to exercise, managing menopausal changes, or simply looking to stay strong and active. Suitable for all fitness levels in a welcoming, inclusive space.
