We offer Antenatal Pilates to support you through pregnancy, and after birth you can continue with Postnatal Pilates, Circuits, or our Core & Pelvic Floor Restore programme - all designed around the real needs of women’s bodies.

What sets us apart is the care we put into every detail: small group sizes, flexible catch-up options, a safe space for babies, and an approach that’s body-neutral, supportive, and empowering. Here, movement is about feeling strong, connected, and confident - never rushed or judged.
